Selva Oscura is not a plaza. Technical notes and philosophical sentences share one path, and the page only has to let you keep reading.

A wood is quieter than a plaza
Blogs drift toward shop windows: covers, badges, share buttons, and a timeline you will not open again. I want a narrow path. The words matter more than the decoration. Chinese is the default language. English stays under /en/.
The speed of a sentence
A paragraph does one thing. When the reader should stop, use a heading, not a colored block. The table of contents sits at the top so a long note can be jumped, not so the page looks complete.
A narrow path suits a sentence better than a shop window.
The path is laid with Hugo. The theme is PaperMod, and its source stays where it is.
Leave the formula in the sentence
An inline formula does not need its own line. Euler’s identity $e^{i\pi}+1=0$ can sit right here.
A formula you need to look at can stand alone:
$$ \int_{-\infty}^{\infty} e^{-x^{2}}\,dx = \sqrt{\pi} $$Goldmark passthrough sends $...$ and $$...$$ through to the page unchanged, and KaTeX typesets them. Images are relative links inside the post bundle, such as forest.png, not site-root paths.
Code is a kind of sentence
This Go exists so a code block, the copy button, and the table of contents show up in the same post.
package main
import "fmt"
func greet(name string) string {
return fmt.Sprintf("Selva Oscura, %s", name)
}
func main() {
fmt.Println(greet("koip02"))
}
Notes stay on the netdisk. make preview reads them locally. make publish hands them over.
